We also automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and other technical information.

3. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services. This includes facilitating account creation and authentication, delivering and administering services, responding to user inquiries and providing support, sending administrative information, fulfilling and managing orders, maintaining security and preventing fraud, and protecting our overall Services infrastructure.

4. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, such as with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in the EU or UK:

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information:

  • Consent: We may process your information if you have given us permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Performance of a Contract: We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Legitimate Interests: We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests without outweighing your fundamental rights.
  • Legal Obligations: We may process your information where necessary for compliance with legal obligations, such as cooperating with law enforcement or regulatory agencies, or defending legal claims.
  • Vital Interests: We may process your information where necessary to protect your vital interests or the safety of any person.

If you are located in Canada:

We may process your information if you have given us explicit or implied permission to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. In limited exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, such as for investigations, fraud detection, business transactions, or compliance with subpoenas and court orders.

We may need to share your personal information in specific business situations. This includes sharing data with third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf—such as secure payment processing via Intuit Merchant Services—or in connection with major corporate business transfers, such as a merger, financing, or sale of company assets.

6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific details regarding how we utilize these technologies and how you can manage or refuse certain tracking mechanisms are outlined in our dedicated Cookie Notice.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

However, despite our safeguards and electronic protocols, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
